The Presbyterian Church was located at 301 W Main St in Thorntown in what is now the Christ the King Church.
The Methodist Church was at the corner of Market and Bow Street in Thorntown. The church building was demolished in 2017. The congregation changed its name to New Beginnings Fellowship, but are still of the Methodist denomination.
The Baptist Church was located at 120 South Powell St. in Thorntown in what is now New Beginnings Fellowship.
