Don’t have a printer or you’ve run out of ink? Send your print job to us!

From your personal device, attach what you want to print to an email and send it to print@ricohprintcloud.com.

- A code will be sent to you that will release your job when you type it into the copier.

At the copier

- - Tap on the RSI app, then choose Print Cloud.
  - Enter the code
  - Tap Print Settings if you need to make multiple copies or print in color
  - Tap Start

It may take a moment depending on the file size.

Faxing is available at the Adult Circulation desk on the 2nd floor. Cover sheets are available if needed. Double-sided pages will need to be copied.

Scan to one of our public computers, directly to email, or directly to a USB or flash drive. Scanning is available on the 2nd floor.

Laminating is available on the first floor of the library. Please call ahead so the machine can warm up.

Send scans directly to your email.

At the copier

- - Tap on the RSI app, then choose Scan to Email
  - Enter the email address you wish to send the scan to and any other pertinent information.
  - Choose the appropriate scan settings (2-sided to 2-sided, color, etc.)
  - Tap Start
